The Office Next Door is owned and operated by Jean Ann Herley. Jean Ann has over 17 years of administrative assistant experience and considers herself a "growth partner" to her clients. She specializes in the areas of administrative support, human resources, benefit administration, and general office management. She has provided support to all levels of business professionals both onsite and remotely. In her free time, Jean Ann enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, exercising, shopping, or relaxing at home.
Susan Dagg
Susan brings 15 years of experience to The Office Next Door. As a virtual assistant, she is able to use her administrative skills to effectively help other business professionals meet the everyday demands of their businesses. Her experience includes transcription, data entry, resume writing, and general office management as well. She has proven that she is definitely at her best in her fields of expertise. Susan enjoys spending time with her family and friends, whether it is camping, going to the movies or just taking it easy at her home.
Erin Dagg
Also part of our team is Erin. She is one of our customer service representatives with over 8 years of experience and a background in accounting skills such as accounts payable and accounts receivable along with retail auditing. Erin is a go getter and enjoys interacting with our clients about their needs. Erin enjoys spending her free time with her family going to the lake playing with her children.
Tara Thomason
Tara joins our team with over 15 years of office experience ranging from administrative support to general office management. She utilizes her skills to provide quality and efficiency in her work for our business. In her free time, Tara enjoys shopping, tennis or sharing a relaxing evening at home with her family.
Terri Conklin
Also part of our team is Terri. She is our other customer service representative with skills in this field for over 15 years. Along with that, she also has a background in office management. She takes great pride in her work and that is what makes her important to us to have on the team. Terri enjoys watching her sons play baseball, shopping or spending time with her family at the beach.
