What is a virtual assistant?
A Virtual Assistant is a business owner who works from their own office providing professional support, services and skills to their clients via phone, fax and internet based technology.
Partnering with a Virtual Assistant reduces stress, protects cash flow, eliminates administrative hassles, and enables business people to find the success they originally set out to achieve.
A Virtual Assistant is your right hand person helping you to succeed in your business. The irony is you may never meet your Virtual Assistant - chances are they live nowhere near you!
Why outsource to a virtual assistant?
Outsourcing provides substantial cost savings for your business. Outsourcing allows you to keep the money you would normally spend on providing insurance benefits, retirement plans, office equipment and supplies for an in-house assistant.
Shouldn't I consider temporary staffing agencies?
Absolutely. But keep in mind that most of these agencies incur expenses such as providing training, recruiter salaries, office space and equipment, and provide benefits to their employees. A percentage of those expenses are passed on to you. Because we work remotely and are not a traditional staffing agency, we don't have any reason to charge for those types of expenses, saving you even more money.
What are the advantages of using a virtual assistant?
Virtual Assistants support their clients on an "as needed" basis, for less than the cost of hiring an in-house or temporary employee. See Cost Comparison Calculator. You only pay for the time your Virtual Assistant spends assisting your business. We also provide Virtual Administrative Assistance that includes both nights and weekends.
Why would I use a Virtual Assistant for my business?
To put it simply, COST SAVINGS.
- Since Virtual Assistants are self-employed contractors you don't pay any employee related costs
- You don't get charged for vacation time or for social security and employee taxes
- Virtual Assistants have fully equipped, offices so you won't need to provide office space or equipment
- You won't be charged for personal phone calls or time spent socializing with peers
- You do get access to high quality business support services
- You do get an administrative professional who has a vested interest in the success of your business
- You do get more time to do what you do best, while leaving the administrative to someone who does it better
How much will it cost me?
Our Rates vary according to the services provided, but generally you can expect to pay between $20 and $40 per hour. We offer retainer packages at reduced rates for clients needing a set number of regular hours per month.
How many hours must I sign up for?
You are not obligated to sign up for any certain number of hours. Many times clients will hire a virtual assistant for one or two projects to "try us out". Once you are satisfied with the service, and understand the volume of work you are interested in outsourcing, you might want to consider a reduced rate retainer package. Only you know what is best for your business, and we are happy to help you support that decision.
