The Office Next Door is operated by Jean Ann Herley and Susan Dagg who have over 15 years of experience each in the administrative field working for companies from various industries. We are located in Southern Illinois but serve clients nationally. Our mission is to provide affordable and dependable business services such as administrative, office and personal support to fit your business needs. We are dedicated to providing you with professional, accurate and quality work, quick turnaround, and confidential services.
Our mission is to provide you with high quality, professional, and timely off-site business support services that will free you of time and allow you to focus on income-producing activities, ultimately helping you to become more successful in your business.
We are proficient in all aspects of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, Outlook, Peachtree, QuickBooks, and much more. We are able to provide the same work to you as an employee would in your office.
Completed documents can be returned to you via email, saved to a disk or CD or hand-delivered (if local). To maintain confidentiality, all files will be deleted after SIX months of the completion of the project.

The Office Next Door offers a full range of administrative support solutions for businesses both large and small. We are open five days a week from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm with after hours and weekend support available for a nominal fee. We are available for short or long term assignments or on an "as needed" basis. We offer quick turnaround of material and can handle rush or emergency assignments when needed.
All Virtual Assistants are thoroughly screened and tested - we also offer training and certification to all of our Virtual Administrative Assistants!
